Creating a better future
Sustainability 2009
A short pilot documentary, based in Bellingen (New South Wales) that questions people's views and understanding of sustainability.
The film demonstrates some practical sustainability examples including:
- composting toilets;
- bio diesel;
- community gardening;
- simple dairy farming;
- the different types of people that undertake them;
- the vision that Bellingen residents have in the short to mid term future.
This documentary was made as part of the Visioning Process for the Bellingen Shire Transition Initiative.
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
