Change2

Creating a better future

It was another good turn out for our last panel meeting with over a dozen people in attendance. It was good to show some significant progress from the last meeting as we now have three modules completed and plan to have another three ready in the next two months.

It was good to get all the feedback and comments from the Triple Bottom Line module and our instructional designer Nik Bambrick has collated a lot of really good feedback. We also showed small snippets of the Crisis of Credit which we feel is a great way to get across complex information. We are considering a similar approach to explaining the Triple Bottom Line. I know it is a bit off topic but I thoroughly recommend watching this video which is posted on this network under videos.

Leon went on to explain the expansion of the core content to look at wider corporate innovation and best practice. This concept was well received and it is something that we are considering.

All up thanks to everyone who made it last night and please feel free to comment or post information that you feel is relevant.

Kind Regards
Lee Stewart

Andrew from Coca-Cola asked me to post these comments from last night:

Was talking to Leon about sustainability from a water pov (clearly climate change via GHG and water availability and quality are inseparable, indeed it is arguable that the threat to water is more imminent due to factors other than climate change, i.e. the sustainable use of water from a quality and quantity perspective)

This link below is quite impactful

Also, publication on weak v strong sustainability which I mentioned last night - it may be that the whole training endgame format and content for change2 depends on which agenda is the most desirable to achieve in the long run (weak or strong) - which will involve perhaps movements of the moral and economic compasses.
