Attire
Attire is casual for Sunday and Wednesday. On Monday and Tuesday, the attire is business.
Name Badges
You will need your name badge for all conference events.
Conference Events
As a courtesy to the conference speakers, the Program Committee requests that companies do not sponsor events that overlap or conflict with the conference agenda. Registration and the reception on Sunday are exceptions.
During the business sessions of the program, please put your mobile telephone, Blackberry, and pager on silent or vibrate.
Company Visit Program
On Monday and Tuesday afternoon, utilities will host company visits. This part of the conference program will provide an opportunity for utility representatives and the financial community to discuss strategies, market and regulatory issues, and their potential impact on financial performance and shareholder value.
Structured 40-minute concurrent formal visits (presentations) will be held on Monday from 1:40 to 4:35 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2:10 to 4:20 p.m. p.m. in Ballroom Sections 2 and 3, Wellington Ballroom Section 2, and the Harvest Suite.
Informal visits (table discussions) will be held on Monday from 4:40 – 5:30 p.m. and on Tuesday from 4:25 to 5:15 p.m. Each utility company will host a “home table” in Ballroom Section 1, where investors will be able to meet with utility executives on an individual basis.
Transportation
Taxi between the hotel and Heathrow Airport is approximately £40 (approximately $65).
The Heathrow Express train runs between Heathrow Airport and Paddington Station. Train fare is approximately £15. The taxi fare between Paddington Station and the Hilton Park Lane is approximately £10.

Shipping to London
We recommend you have your materials arrive at the London Hilton no later than Thursday, 11 March 2010 and that you call the hotel to confirm they have been received. Use this shipping label.
Shipping Home
If you have materials to ship home, you should have a pro forma invoice form or a commercial invoice, and shipping labels with your company billing account (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). EEI staff will assist with shipping between the hours of 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Monday and from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the Foyer & Dome.
